The Clinic

The formation of TRIO KW has evolved with great thought and planning. TRIO Fertility is the amalgamation of two large, well-respected Toronto fertility centres, namely: TCART and LifeQuest. This amalgamation has allowed for the formation of an elite medical team and laboratory. This pursuit of excellence prompted TRIO to partner with Dr. Andrew Browning to bring his expertise in the formation of community fertility centres to TRIO KW. Dr. Browning has developed profound patient satisfaction and success at Lakeridge and Niagara Fertility. Dr. Browning has learned through experience, how to organize a fertility centre to utilize current medical and communication technology to maximize the patient experience and pregnancy rates. We take advantage of nursing skills to have daily interactions occur with the same nurses and doctor. We utilize e-mail, texting, tablets, smart phones and Skype to maximize the importance of communication. We are also open-minded to the positive effects of good nutrition, homeopathic medicine, acupuncture, and overall psychological well-being in attempts to maximize success.

TRIO has been part of the Ministry of Health’s funded IUI/IVF program since its inception. It is very important to make sure your clinic offers both funded IUI/IVF cycles. If a clinic does not have funded IUI cycles, then doctor visits, ultrasound, laboratory services and IUI procedures are NOT covered by OHIP. These services are covered in a funded IUI cycle.

We understand the profound importance of having the right nurse to function as the nurse coordinator. This person is the one dealing with clients on a daily basis and needs to be caring, energetic and committed. We are very pleased to have secured the services of our nurse coordinator and feel that she has the perfect personality and skill set for the position.

Our fertility centre will help attempt to alleviate stress during your journey to parenthood. Our staff will provide the guidance, support and information necessary for clients to make informed decisions regarding their fertility treatments.
